For Malaysians, badminton is more than just a sport – it's part of who we are. From Lee Chong Wei to Lee Zii Jia, we've all held our breath in front of the TV at some point. At KentangBet, we give you the chance to make every match mean more, with fair betting and competitive odds.
BADMINTON BETTING AT KENTANGBET
Think back to how it felt watching Malaysia play in the Thomas Cup semifinals. The whole country held its breath, eyes glued to the screen, hearts racing with every serve. Badminton holds a place in Malaysian hearts like no other sport. We've produced legendary players from the Sidek brothers to Datuk Lee Chong Wei, and now a new generation – Lee Zii Jia, Loh Kean Yew, and doubles pair Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik – continues to fly the Malaysian flag on the world stage.
That is why KentangBet places a special focus on badminton, rather than treating it as a secondary or tertiary sport the way other platforms might. To us, badminton is Malaysia's number one sport and deserves to be treated as such. We invest the effort to ensure our tournament coverage, market depth, and odds speed for badminton are the best available in the Malaysian market.
KentangBet's badminton coverage spans the full BWF calendar — from Super 100 events all the way up to Super 1000, the Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Sudirman Cup, and the biggest stage of all, the Olympic Games. Whether you follow men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles, or mixed doubles, every category is fully covered here. That includes matches featuring Malaysian players directly, which consistently draw the highest interest from our users.
One of the most praised features at KentangBet is how quickly our odds update during live betting. In badminton, the momentum can shift dramatically within just a few rallies — a team trailing 5–15 can stage a rapid comeback in no time. We understand this dynamic, which is why our live odds refresh in under two seconds, not ten or twenty like some other platforms. That gives you the edge to place your bets at exactly the right moment.
The markets we offer for each badminton match go far deeper than what you'd typically find elsewhere — it's not just about picking the winner. You can bet on the first set winner, total sets, set handicap, total points in a specific set, whether the match goes to a third set, and many more specialised options that let your in-depth knowledge of a particular player work in your favour.
For players who prefer to bet before a match begins, KentangBet's pre-match odds for larger events are typically available several days in advance, giving you ample time to research and place your bets with greater precision. We also provide head-to-head records between players, recent form across the last few tournaments, and current injury updates as additional reference – all accessible directly within the platform without ever leaving the betting page.
